He can get no more than 15 years according to their laws, but is that total or for each charge? I'm sure that in the US he would be charged with at least 4 counts of illegal imprisonment, one or more counts of incest, 3 or more counts of child abuse, plus a half-dozen other charges, all of which could add to his sentence.
