Sounds Like they are cysts...

Sometimes these can become cancerous so its VERY important that you go to the doctor ASAP! especially since they are multiplying.

Also if the rupture they can cause major health problems...

I know they are common but you will DEFINATELY want to check them out...

Also...

But this can be VERY serous... even DEADLY... so dont screw around... just dont panic ether.. and go ASAP to a doctor...
