Break Down

She hears the sound,
more stress around.
She fills with pain,
disbelief and outrage.

She throws and break,
she for her sake.
Broke glass she finds,
whats in their minds.

Feels the sharp edge,
can't keep her pledge.
She screams out her rage,
they filled up her page.

The sharp edge draws nearer,
this time he can hear her.
As she brings it closer,
he drags and tows her.

He fights he to stop,
the sharp glass drops.
They fall to the ground,
hears the growling sound.

He holds her down hard,
to stop her death card.

She screams make it stop,
make the pain all drop.
let me end it right now,
I will stop you but how.

She grabs sharp objects,
she tries to tear her.
She wants her dad and mom,
but heaven is only for some.

Once again he stops her,
laying dow his shoulder.
Across her tensed back,
her fight starts to slack.

Her body tense to try again,
to try to again regain.
But he is much stronger then her,
gived her a pill as a relaxer.

She cries help allow,
still he knows not how.

The mns seem like hours as they continue on,
finaly she slow down to a cyring calm.
Please let me go no holding back,
strength and abily i totally lack.

No he says it will all be fine,
it is just a simple matter of time.

She screams i am very bad for you,
please just leave me and what i must do.

The thoughts come back more stronger then before,
they are in her head and through it they soar.

She agian tried to find something to end it all,
it is us no use she knows she will fall.

He deserved better then this,
and i know i won't be missed.
No one misses a slut of a whore,
not the type that can be lured.

The devil himself controls her now,
good thoughts she can not allow.

He gived her more meds to calm her down,
to stop the from circles going around.
Her head fiinally goes numb.
get rid me i am totally dumb.

The thougths stop and she knows what happened,
she cries for his forgivness and tells him to end.
The relatiship we have is so strong,
to keep putting you through is wrong.

Please let me go it would be safer here,
i wouldn't do this again she says with a tear.

Finally she gropws limp from the meds and the fight,
and now rest silently in his arms in the night.

It did help Louise.. i wrote that one finger typing as i tried to sort through my head what happened once The Tester got me to a point that i could sit back in my chair...



I guess it is my way of showing people what others do go through and why it is hard not to hurt yourself as you go through it... It is aweful to go through and when you are there it is so scary.. so painful your whole body hurts ... You cant' control your actions nor can you control thoughts... then after you go so numb...

This i would never even wish on my worst enemy if i had one...

But i admit... i didn't write all the pain as honestly... i was afraid most coudn't handle it..

And yes hun 3 days later ..i am finally feeling a bit better .. it just takes time...

But special thanks and huggs and kisses to The Tester cause to be honest he never left my side while i went through it.. i honestly don't know if i could have made it through that time without him...
