Well that's nothing compared to the suit pending in California right now. A man brought legal action against the local government because a city truck damaged his car. Thing is - and this cracks me up and makes me think about leaving for Europe at once - he was driving the damn truck. Yep. He's tried to sue himself. That didn't go through so guess what happened? His wife is suing the city now. For more money than the guy asked for in the first place. Oh hell I love this country.
